Growing guide:

1. Start Thai chili pepper seeds using seed-starting trays or small pots with a well-draining seed-starting mix.

2. Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep, placing 1-2 seeds per cell or pot. Lightly cover the seeds with soil and press down gently.

3. Water gently after planting to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. 

4. Place trays or pots in a warm, sunny location or under grow lights. Adjust grow lights to be 2-3 inches above seedlings as they grow.

5. Thai chili pepper seeds typically germinate within 1-3 weeks. Keep the soil moist during this period.

6. Thin seedlings to one strong seedling per cell or pot by snipping weaker ones at the soil level. This ensures healthy growth for the remaining seedling.

7. Harden off seedlings by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions over a week before transplanting. Transplant them into the garden or larger pots after the last frost.

8. Space transplanted Thai chili peppers 12-18 inches apart in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Water regularly and apply a balanced fertilizer every 4-6 weeks.

9. Support plants with stakes or cages if needed as they grow. Harvest peppers when they reach the desired size and color for optimal flavor.
