Care Guide:
Growing this species indoors is possible. However, you will need to make sure it is next to a window with bright light, or supplemental grow light and good air flow. This species will thrive outside under bright, but indirect sunlight. Under a tree, verandah, or in a pergola are all great locations for this plant.
Water once a day during the dry season and in the rainy season water if it hasn't rained in 2 days. If you are growing indoors, water twice a week and each time you water take it outdoors to dry out completely. Ensure the location you choose has good air flow to help the plant dry out between watering

Fertilize with a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month
One interesting thing about Tillandsia seleriana is its bulbous, fuzzy base, which is covered in tiny trichomes that help it absorb moisture directly from the air. In its natural habitat, it often grows attached to trees, using its roots only for anchoring rather than feeding. Even more fascinating, it can produce offsets (pups) after flowering, slowly forming a beautiful clump over time.
